How much does it cost to rent a photo booth?
Rates are charged by the hour with a minimum of 2 hrs. All packages include unlimited double prints of 2” x 6” photo strips or 4"x6" landscape and at least 1 full time attendant during the rental period. We recommend adding other options such as props or memory book to enhance your photo booth experienced. See our Pricing section for details.
Do you offer scrapbook or memory book services?
Yes we do! This is one of our popular options for it provides a keepsake for you from your guests. We can setup a station where your guests can write on 1 of the 2 prints that we fill the scrapbook with. Special writing pens will be made available. This option is only $125.
Do the photos come in color or black and white?
Your choice! We can arrange to print in color or black & white during your rental.
Can I download the photos or view them online?
Yes, we provide a free password secured online photo gallery on our webpage. The password will be printed on the photo strip so your guests can access the gallery as many times as they want. They can download or share the photos to Facebook for FREE! We may also post some pictures to Facebook for marketing purposes of course with your permission. Only appropriate images will make it to the gallery.
What if we want to add on additional time to our party or event?
You may add additional time in 1 hour increments should you decide to continue your photo booth experience past your rental period. Each additional hour is $100.
Do you provide staff to run the photo booth?
Yes, there will be at least 1 full time attendant at all times during your rental period. Fun Party Pixels will ensure that at least 2 attendants are there to monitor and assist your guests.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require a 30% deposit to secure a date and it is fully refundable until 30 days prior to the event. Any cancellations within 30 days prior to the event are subjected to partial to no refunds on deposit.
Do you offer props and costumes?
Yes, it included with any rental package. We have many varieties of hats, glasses, costumes, gadgets, and unique items. We highly recommend props to heighten any party or event!
Can you print a logo, date, graphic, or text message on our photos?
Yes we can customize any logo, date, graphic or text message on the photos so long as it meets our size and format requirements.
How many people can fit in the booth?
Our booths fits comfortably 8 people, but you can squeeze as much as 12 people.
What are the dimensions of the photo booth?
The photo booth area is approximately 7′ wide x 7′ long x 10′ tall and requires a normal 110v electrical outlet. We also offer an option for open air booth setup. We do require additional space for a small area to setup our printer and photography equipment.
Do you charge for idle time?
Its FREE up to 30 minutes. We only charge $60 extra per hour of idle time (billed in 30 minute increments). Some customers choose to have the booth run for a one hour cocktail hour, have the booth sit idle for an hour during dinner and then have it run for a couple more hours during the reception as well.
Do you charge for mileage?
Its FREE up to 50 miles away from our central location of Boston, MA. It's only $50 (50-75 miles) and $100(76-100 miles).
